What is the processing time?
Minimum processing time is 1-2 weeks, although some items may require us to order in supplies, to which we will then infor you of an updated timeline. Shipping takes 2-4 business days.
Why no black hardware?
You will see some of out images have black hardware, but why is it not an option? Simple, we want our products to not only looks good but last, unfortuantley with high usage the black coating on the hardware chips and tarnishes very fast, making your equipment look bad. We don't want that!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. But please allow for a minimum of 1-2 weeks processing time and then an additional 2-4 days once shipped.
Why is there 2 costs for shipping?
Added Training Rocket merch onto your Bear and Bells product order, now you see 2 charges for shipping? Well we are now using a fantastic dropshipping company to handle all our merch, unfortunatley it became alot to take on with a normal 9-5, making collars and then still doing Rocket merch, so we got some help. This is why there is an additional charge!
